The Elliot Lake Minor Hockey Association will convene for its Annual General Meeting(AGM) on May 21, 2024, from 5 to 7 PM at Collins Hall. The agenda encompasses a review of the 2023/2024 season, voting for open board positions, and decisions regarding proposed constitution changes.
The open board positions up for election include President, Hockey Canada Registry, Fundraising Coordinator, CAHL Representative (x2), Abuse & Harassment Coordinator, Equipment Manager, Ice Scheduler, and Bingo Co-Chair. It is imperative for individuals to be physically present to nominate, vote, and accept nominations. Descriptions of positions can be found in our Constitution.
