    Fundraising Request Form
    Please complete the fundraising approval form TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE of any proposed fundraising event. The Elliot Lake Minor Hockey fundraising coordinator (or executive board) must approve the fundraiser before any arrangement are made.

    OHF Minimum Suspension List
    Minimum suspensions that shall be imposed for infractions, which occur in all OHF exhibition, league, and play-off games, during the current playing season for Minor Hockey. Note that these suspensions are over and above any imposed by Hockey Canada rules.

    OHF Fair and Equal Ice Time
    All players should have the same opportunity to contribute, regardless of skill or ability. A coach’s responsibility is to develop all players. Shortening the bench to win games is not permitted. All players and goaltenders should receive fair and as close to equal ice time as possible.

    ELMHA Parent Code of Conduct
    The code of conduct is intended to establish a policy that will return a level of mutual respect to the game. Failure to abide by the code of conduct will result in a warning. Repeated breach of the code may result in suspension from team events up to and including expulsion from Elliot Lake Minor Hockey.
